Cancel your account

The quickest way to cancel your membership and stop future payments is to visit app.surecredit.co.uk/cancel-request . You will need to enter the email associated with your account and your date of birth.

Alternatively, you can cancel within your online member's area or by contacting our customer service team via email at [email protected] or by phone at 0330 335 8509 . Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday from 8am to 4pm. Please allow 2 working days for email responses.

Forgot your username or password?

Username recovery: your username is the email address you used to sign up.

Password Recovery: your initial password was sent in our welcome email, search for "Surecredit" in your email inbox. If you're having trouble locating it or need to reset it, you can recover your password here .

Looking for a loan?

Login to your dashboard to use our "Fast Track Apply" feature, allowing you to apply for loans up to £5,000. We will search our panel to find the best loan option for you.
